General Information
ALL BOOKINGS ARE COMPLETED BY EMAIL ONLY SO YOU WILL NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE A BOOKING FORM.
Holidays run from Saturday to Saturday Arrival after 4pm and Depart by 11am please,
Holidays are for couples or family groups only - the accommodation is not suitable for single sex groups.
A £50 booking fee per week will secure your booking
An additional £50 refundable deposit (£75 for 2012 holidays) is required with the balance to cover loss of keys/damage or loss of property. Sorry to have to charge this but previous experience of damage to previous property makes it necessary. If a separate cheque for £50 (preferable) is sent with your balance this can either be returned (sae needed) or destroyed as you prefer provided the chalet is left in a tidy and undamaged state on your departure.
Chalet will be checked by the owner before returning or destroying your key/damage deposit.
Bedlinen available at an extra £12 per week inclusive of all 3 beds - you will need to bring your own towels/T towels (and bedlinen for the cot or Z bed if required)
An extra fold out "Z" bed can be available at £25 per week or a travel cot at £10 per week
Electricity is NOT included and is on a pay per use basis (£1 coin meter)
A laundrette facility is available on the site but at the moment no clubhouse/ swimming pool/children's play equipment is available
You are responsible for your children - please ensure you take care, particularly if there are building contractors on site and remember you are close to the cliff edge.
Cars are parked on the site at owners risk and MUST display a valid permit or they will be clamped by the site owners security company.

Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis by email only, all communications will be by email until the balance has been paid and a contact number will then be given in case of travel delays or problems with the chalet. A booking form will be emailed on enquiry.

Cancelled holiday Fees
You are advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover your party. In the case of late cancellation of your holiday, the following charges will be incurred;- 5 - 6 weeks prior to travel date - Deposit only
- 3 - 5 weeks before - 50% holiday cost
- 3 weeks or less before booked dates 100% holiday cost
These charges are necessary to cover the loss of income and inconvenience of trying to find a last minute replacement booking.
