Booking Terms and Conditions
Once you have confirmed by email that you wish to book a week - an online booking form will be sent to you by email and the week(s) will be marked as "Provisionally Booked". Please complete this and send it as described. The holiday will be reserved for a period of 7 days for your *cheque and form to reach us, when the status will be changed to "Booked". If your cheque is not received it will be re-advertised and subsequently may be booked by someone else.
Holidays run from Sat after 4pm with departure by 11am the following week please.
Family groups or couples only please
Bedlinen available at an extra £12 per week inclusive of all 3 beds - you will need to bring your own towels (and protective waterproof sheets if required please)
An extra fold out "Z" bed can be available at £50 per week or a travel cot at £10 per week bedding not provided for this bed/cot, there is not enough room for both items to be used.
Electricity is NOT included but is on a pay per use basis (£1 coin meter)
A laundrette facility is available on the site and there is a large grassy area to the front of the chalet for children to play in safety.
You are responsible for your children - please ensure you take care, particularly as you are close to a cliff edge.

- Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis by email only.
- Please state how many in your party and their ages
- Whether linen is required (£12 extra per week)
- If folding bed required - not suitable for large adults (£50 extra per week bedding not included)
- If travel cot required (£10 extra per week bedding not included)
* Site updated immediately a booking is confirmed.
